When the inventory of a specific item gets low, or runs out, it is taken off of the web site until we re-stock. The items on the Internet are the most current account of our inventory.      How do I request a catalog?     Requesting a catalog is very easy. You can call the proshop locally at (716) 648-0658, or toll-free at 1-888-283-4327, if calling outside the Buffalo area. You can also select the Request Catalog box on the web site. Catalogs will be mailed out in the order that the requests are received.      Do you provide a tracking number for my order?     We provide online tracking through FedEx. When you place an order, we will ask you for a valid e-mail address. At the time of shipment, an e-mail will be sent containing a tracking number.
